Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction matters. Because Vitozok is a consumable health product, we follow these rules for returns and refunds:

• Damaged or wrong item: If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
• Sealed products: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened bottles or bottles with a broken inner seal cannot be returned unless defective.
• Refund timeline: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once shipped, our return terms above apply.
