for returns and refunds:</p>

<li><strong>Damaged or wrong item:</strong> If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incorrect,
contact us within <strong>48 hours</strong> of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.</li>
<li><strong>Sealed products:</strong> For hygiene and safety reasons, opened bottles or bottles with a
broken inner seal cannot be returned unless defective.</li>
<li><strong>Refund timeline:</strong> Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
within <strong>5–7 business days</strong>.</li>
<li><strong>Cancellations:</strong> Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once
shipped, our return terms above apply.</li>
